We just got this email from a client

Hi Arlos,

I just wanted to drop you a note. You fixed a problem that I had been having with our Eternal Water Heater for more than a year. After three service people ( I use this term loosely) had attempted to fix it, we had continued to have problems with it randomly shutting itself off at very inopportune times. You came out and quickly saw that no one had bothered to set the gas at the proper setting. After your fix, the heater has worked very well for the past six months! Thank you so much! I was ready to throw the damn thing in the ocean! You should be the ONLY service person recommended by Eternal and you are certainly the only guy I'll be calling in the future.
